  Log into our self-service return portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For large items like mattresses, our specialist courier will contact you to arrange a convenient time for a free doorstep collection.

  Prepare the Item

  There is no need to squeeze the mattress back into the box; simply have the item ready for the courier to collect in its current state.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team confirms the collection, we will process your full refund back to your original payment method within 14 days.
